She DOES NOT need a cell phone. Tell your husband to get her a weekly allotment of ROLLS of QUARTERS, STAMPS (for camp), have a Coke and a smile and STOP WASTING MONEY.

On the other hand, I would like a new cell phone and he can be my sponsor.
