Just replace the name of any font in the code.
The name of the font in green in my sig is Harrington. So instead of FONT=SYMBOL like you would use for your GLO you would type FONT=HARRINGTON. The other font I used is called PAPYRUS (I tested mine in WORD first to find fonts I liked
