Austin College in Sherman, Texas requires all chapters to be local. My best friend in law school and a darned fine attorney was a member of Gamma Gamma Gamma. Austin College is a church related liberal arts scchool fairly selective in admissions.
Texas Wesleyan has one local fraternity "Sons of Sakkara" founded in 1933 was a Sig Ep chapter 1973-1995.
