Starting an organization up is scary! I want to make this something more than just an honor society... I want it to mean something. Does anyone have any great events they've pulled off that a chapter of 12 can do?

One thing our chapter is doing is a scholarship program for those who did not make grades - there were a lot of Greeks who did not meet the university requirements for good standing
, so we are doing a program for them on study tips and resources and all that stuff. A lot of chapters have made that mandatory for their members who did not make grades.
