How about a volleyball tournament? I'm sure there are plenty Greek organizations to keep it interesting
You could have it at the Mesquite Grove and even make it a fun MUD volleyball tournament if the colony wanted to !
Or a Tug-of-War contest in the mud-pit at the Mesquite Grove.. that could be fun.. You could make it a tournment so there can be a 'winner' of the event.
Also it's a good idea to have The South Texan (TAMUK newspaper) to cover the Deepher Days event -- great PR!
