I hatehatehate insurance companies. Ours suddenly decided that some of the employees didn't exist and we all spent months trying to get claims paid. The school finally dropped them and now we have a carrier who approves very few of the doctors in town. We now can not go to my OB of 13 years and the kids' pediatrician of 21 years.
