3RD ANNUAL SIGMA YOUTH SYMPOSIUM
Sponsored by Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and Urban Community Health Partners.
The Symposium will provide adolescent high school aged students with an in-depth and interactive presentation of health issues they will face during their teenage years. Workshops will focus on the topics of Dating Violence, Sexually Transmitted Infections, Contraception: including abstinence and The Negative Effects of Recreational Drug Use. The information and materials provided throughout the workshops have been uniquely designed to help adolescents deal with peer pressure and making healthier life choices. Breakfast and Lunch provided. Deadline to register is March 1st.
