Ok this is my rant for the day.
I hate Sprint. With a passion. They are f***** evil.

I got a new phone for Thanksgiving 2001. Suddenly, I stopped getting messages. Like, I'd get my week's worth all on Friday. People got mad at me b/c I missed their messages and their calls.
Then my earpiece started cutting in and out. I wouldn't be able to hear for like 30 secs.
Took my phone to a Sprint store, they insisted that I had the nicest Sprint phone there was. Still, my equiptment had to be updated. Had it updated 4 times.
Then I start missing phone calls CONSTANTLY. And I can't dial out. And the phone sporadically freezes. And I don't get messages.
Go to Sprint store, they're like, there's not anything we can do unless you cal l your phone right now and prove you're missing calls. In other words, prove it....
How am I supposed to prove that my phone sporadically doesn't work???
had to buy a new phone for 200 and now its working fine.........but that will probably change soon b/c sprint F***** SUCKS.
