She wrote "Then Again Maybe I Won't" (which was funky, because it was all of that puberty stuff from a *guy's* point of view!), and I know she did "Tiger Eyes"-- is that what you were thinking of?
I'm a middle school librarian (almost done with my MLIS degree, woohoo!), and had to read "Forever" for my YA lit class. *ugh* Absolutely hated it. OF course, I read it as an adult, so the sex stuff didn't have any of the surprise or mystique. I got kind of annoyed/bored with the guy always being horny with her.
But Ramona, oh, those are the *best*. Had to read Ramona the Pest for kid lit. Great stuff. And yes, I always remembered the "quarter of an hour" part of Ramona's life. Heh.
