Anjin - Mikki is right, we need some sort of rules for rush, otherwise it is just too disorganized. I've been on a campus where they did COB when 1st semester freshmen were rushing and it was a mess.
As far as dirty rushing - a lot of it depends on the time of your rush. If your main rush is 1st semester freshmen before the school year starts people are a lot more strict about it. If people don't rush till 2nd semester or sophomore year, a lot of the time it's a moot point - those people have seen enough to form their opinions.
Have you had problems with your Panhel on this? If people are saying things like "The Omega Mus are all sluts" then that's something that should be disciplined. But if people are getting anal & busting on people for stupid things, then everyone needs to chill.
