@ DigitalAngel, I would hesitate to put that job on your next application or resume, especially if you only worked there for a short period of time. People CLAIM they'll hire you if you were fired from another job, but I don't believe it. I've been terminated a few years back, and everytime I admit to it while applying I'm never hired!
@ Hootie, I was told that the law varies from state to state. In my state any employer can discharge any employee at any time for any reason.
