How long were you there? (Did I miss it in your first post?)
At the very least, they shold give you 2 weeks pay AND any paid vacation time you have earned. Don't forget their "sick days" policy. Also, if you were fired after a certain amount of time working there-not sure, but is it 6 months?-you can file for unemployment. In La. I've never heard of anyone NOT getting unemployment unless they were let go within the grace/training period.
