It will definitely get held up at the border - sorry Cutie Pie, that's just the way it has worked for the last 14 years here in BC.
As for getting your pin in time for initiation SisterMadly... dream on! I'm sorry but that just isn't going to happen. Sorry.
And Customs... well, i'm waiting for a pkg my parents sent in OCTOBER from Australia! Still haven't got it and Canada Post has no record of it entering the country. It is lost out there, probably at customs, and now I have to track it. I hate Canada Customs sometimes... but then again, they're there for a reason and usually do their job well.
