I think I've been generally successful thus far. It's now my last semester and I've held leadership roles through many "firsts" in my chapter. I have a few minor goals at this point.
1. Create the first alumni newsletter
2. Set up a parent's club
3. Keep my grades up
4. Help others to succeed.
