THIS VIRUS IS A HOAX!
Everyone has the jdbgmgr.exe file on their computer. It is not a virus, it is a hoax. I got the e-mail a few years ago, and whenever I get one, I'll look it up. Here's the link
http://vil.mcafee.com/dispVirus.asp?virus_k=99436 it has directions for restoring the file. If you don't or can't restore the file, it's not a necessary file for your computer, so don't worry about it unless you know you need it. Usually you can if a virus is legit or not, is to search for it at Mcaffee.com or something, and find out how to get rid of it properly if it is indeed a real virus. In this such hoax case, the steps to delete the virus was to delete the file, but if it is a worm or trojan or whatever, usually it isn't that simple, and you have to go through regedit to get rid of it all.
