My computer was infected with the Teddy Bear virus (jdbgmgr.exe)! It's deleted now, and I don't think any harm was done. Who ARE these people who create these most destructive viruses?!?

Since I am so computer illiterate, I didn't know if the virus on my computer would affect any PMs to any GCers. To be on the safe side, please check. If it did infect your computer, I've got instructions for eradicating it.
