As of right now it looks like we have five interested women. They've met us all and learned about NBO, and all of them are really quality. So now begins a period where we get to know them better, they get to know us better, and then, if all goes well, we get five new sisters! Not a huge number but larger than we've ever had before! My personal life has gone to crap but things are going well with NBO so I'm doing ok. We've instituted this star points idea I had- basically we drew a big star on a whiteboard, and labeled each of the points: academics, sisterhood, greek relations, new members, and philanthropy. Right in the middle of the star is labeled personal. Then at each meeting we tell what we did for our star points that week- anything as simple as complimenting someone from another org, or studying hard for a test, or letting some new people know about NBO. It's been helping to remind us of our accomplishments thus far. More later, thanks everyone for the encouragement as always.
