i agree about the cleaning part. esp. after you cooked this really greasy hamburger or something.

word of advice, at least from my experience, always cook it longer than it says to. there is a lil "timer guide" for cooking various pieces of meat. I will cook a piece of fish at the "well-done" time and the middle will still come out kinda squishy and it will need another minute or two. we don't need anyone getting food poisening.
