I'm offically going on the record by saying I HATE MY JOB. It's bad enough that I'm stuck on a crappy contract where I get bitched at and crused out on a daily bases, but now I find out that my old contract is about to start hiring again. Guess you realized that you couldn't get along with only 17 agents on the phone. Yet, you were so insistant that there be 17 agents. You having to hire more people wouldn't happen to be due to the fact there were 180 calls dropped on Monday, would it? And because you screwed me and everyone else you ran off so badly, you won't let us apply for an internal transfer till we've been in this crappy ass posistion for 6 months.
I'm also going on the record by saying I HATE MY COMPANY. I got my raise. I earned my raise. So why wasn't my raise reflected on this pay check? Of course, the old excuse "We never got any paperwork." Well, I got news for you, I got a copy of my review. I will be meeting with HR and Payroll on Monday. I will be getting my money
