we're having this debate on my campus as we speak. We are question whether there is a time limit on depledging and pledging somewhere else. This is happening to my chapter, we extended a bid to a guy, he depledged, b/c he didn't get a second bid. Now he's looking around at other chapters. Now we told him that his bid is good for one year and we don't recind bids usually, unless we kick someone out of the process.
