I don't know why est, but I thought you were a girl. Sorry! At any rate, this could not happen with NPC groups (you have to wait a year), but if someone did it when the time was up, I wouldn't think about it once they were pledging.
It doesn't make sense...if the second fraternity thought it was such a bad thing that you would switch, why did they give you a bid in the first place?
