I'm jumping on the weight loss bandwagon. My mom got me the Walk Away the Pounds tapes by Leslie Sansone for my birthday. I'm ashame to say I just started using them

. But they are so great. I've only done the mile one tape, but I'm about to start doing the mile 2 tape soon. I do the mile 1 tape 3 times a weeks and tonight when I did it, I barely broke sweat.
Anyway, I can stand to lose about 30lbs. I got on the scale over Christmas. I'm about 164. That's not bad, but I'm 5'2 and that's a little to much weight for my height. So I'm wishing everybody luck
