I bought this yoga/pilates tape from Wal-mart of all places and I've been doing it every day. It seems to be working (or at least did until this week...girl problems and all, blah). Problem was I ate waaaaay too much this weekend, but I made a point to keep working out, so if I keep on going this week with my diet, a few days aren't going to kill me.
Y'all have to help me stay motivated though....the guy I kind of (ok, REALLY) like will be coming into town the last weekend of the month, and while they ALWAYS tell you to lose weight for yourself and not for other people.....well, I want to look as good as I can that weekend to make him want me even more.

Can you blame me? I mean, he's already shown interest, so he wouldn't care if I was the same weight. I just want him to, I don't know, drool. And put out like a champ. So I think that counts as doing it for my own good.
