It's been said already, but Candle Pass is the possible way to bond. It's emotional and you'll shed some tears ( we do at least) but it's worth it in the end.
Sister Retreat- try going to another city, or state- road trips are always bonding experiances.
Monthly Dinners- you can do it every month or just for Holidays-- have everyone bring something so it will be inexspencive
Sister Kegs- your favorite girls and your favorite beer.. always a fun time. try playing drinking games too!! It always results in a funny story.
Toilet Paper night- while hanging out together pass around a roll of toilet paper- have every sister write down as many nice things about the sister next to her as possible. One nice thing goes on each ply. Keep going until the entire roll has been used and then read it.
Or, depending on the size of your GLO, start an email. List everyone on it and write down what you love about everyone. Send it to everyone and tell them that they have to make their own. There was a time when my entire sorority was at each other's throats, and honesty--- This really helped us get back on track.
Hope that helped
