I went to a large enough university where there was a Hawaiian/Polynesian student cultural organization on campus. If there is one in your area, perhaps they could help you out with a slogan or theme that is not only appropriate, but a true celebration of the culture, without risking being offensive in some way.

funny, but i highly doubt that the party will celebrate the culture instead of just commercialize it and mock it. i doubt the polynesian community would really take kindly to being asked that.
