They are pretty welcomed on this campus...they've held mixers w/
sororities on campus and participated in many campus events...
That's very interesting. I guess the ladies must enjoy a mixer where
the point doesn't involve getting hit on...
Somehow if the situation were reversed (i.e. a special interest
sorority for lesbian women having a mixer with a fraternity) I just
don't think it would work...
Sorry if I seem crass but I find this topic fascinating.
As for the "no hookups" rule, that's very ironic. I mean mainstream
"straight" fraternities have taboos against the exact same thing.
Sooner or later two of the guys are going to fall in love. What are
they going to do? Keep it in the closet? The love that dare not
speak its name? Like I said, the irony runs deep...
