Ditto what HotDamnImAPhiMu said... it also sounds a little bit like you're afraid you're going to have to sacrifice some of yourself in order to be accepted by this one particular group. Is this true? While I'm sure there are times when you'll have to think of "the greater good" rather than yourself when you're in a sorority, to me, I don't honestly believe you should have to do a complete personality shift just because you are extended an invitation to join.
Also, I'm sure there are girls in the chapter who aren't social butterflies. I'm sure there are some who are studious and quiet, some who are the life of the party, some who are shy, some who are gregarious. It's about balance and finding your place within that balance.
Change is scary. Change is inevitable. Change is part of life. I guess what I'm suggesting is that you think long and hard about the changes that could be in store for you, and decide whether you're up to the challenge.
