candycanegirl, you're getting good advice here. Try to work on sisterhood with your sisters, in your own way, bit by bit. You may be able to make stronger bonds with them, and bring up the positive stuff.
As for the Risk Management stuff, is there an advisor in your chapter that you can trust to talk with about it? Sometimes advisors can be less than helpful, but sometimes they can go in and take care of things with a chapter.
