Well see now you're just creating this situation for yourself then.
Why would you make yourself do something you hate? THere are a billion different forms of exercise out there, and picking the one or two that you hate to do is just another way of psyching yourself out of exercising altogether.
What about yoga? what about dance classes? weight training? rollerblading? ice skating? basketball? kickboxing?
There are SO many things to do. Picking things you hate is a cop out.
