This was my favorite excuse for not exercising! *lol* Doesn't make much sense I know.
1. Stop bashing yourself! You are human.
2. Try to find something that you like to do and do it! Exercise doesn't have to been an aerobics class or going to the gym. Playing basketball, racquetball, soccer, or even jumping rope is still exercise. Try to incorporate walking within you daily routine. instead of fighting like a dog in heat over the closetest parking space (don't act like I'm the only person that does this

) park in the back and walk. Over the course of a day, this adds up.
And most importantly....
AGAIN...stop bashing yourself!! Set up small goals (like for starters, commit to working out for 30 min. twice a week ) and reward yourself when you accomplish this.
You can do it!
