I can't start working out until next week b/c I am working this weekend but I need to hit the gym-it has been way too long (about 2 months

For those of you that are considering taking a night time job-don't -it really screws up your metabolism plus it seems all we eat around here is junk food and drink caffeine-it is hard to be on a healthy diet. At least I am down from a a 12 pack of cokes to 1 a day.
so my goal is to lose 5-7# so I can be at about 115-we'll see how this goes. Of course it would be nice if I could stop smoking-blah!
