If you were an animal, what animal would you be?
I get made fun of for asking people this question, but I think it's a good one, although just a tiny bit cheesy. Once I ask the question, I look as much to the person's reaction to it as I do to the answer. If you freeze up because you think it's a weird question, I probably won't like you very much.
