I bought a space heater. Another great thing...and this sounds so "old person-like" is to buy a heated blanket. My sister complains about her bedroom all the time, but with her new heated blanket she's stopped.
So those are my ideas. Also check to see how much heat is actually coming out of the vents. I found out that my vents were releasing colder air...so the landlord or someone needs to come check it out.
