Sure would be nice to know what contributed to the, "continued pattern," wouldn't it? Not a whole lot of information in the article.
Maybe the chapter got nailed or maybe not, but you'd sure never figure it out with the information provided. It certainly sounds like self defense, but we don't know what led up to the fight, or other mitigating factors.
There must be some ongoing problem, though, if even the chapter suggested a two year suspension for itself.
