Before I transferred schools, I was part of a local interest group. The school was trying to get NPC sororities on the campus (only 2 locals and our interest group were present), and our interest group was chosen through mutual selection to become a colony of delta phi epsilon. Before I transferred, I took summer classes at my original school and created a website for the new DPhiE colony before I left
(That is the link you found in my profile). I still talk to the girls and hang out with them everytime I visit home and always offer to help them in any way that i can. I trasferred before colonization took place, and have since been trying to find a way to bring DPhiE back to my current campus, but I have been told by a lot of people that our campus is not open for expansion and not likely to be open for expansion any time soon. (Not all the houses are at total, and they also had a chapter close about 2 years ago)

On my current campus, there are 6 NPC sororities... in alphabetical order they are:

Alpha Phi
Chi Omega
Kappa Kappa Gamma
Pi Beta Phi
Zeta Tau Alpha
I didn't really think about trying COB until some GC'ers suggested that I at least try it and if I find that these groups are really not for me, then at least I'll know. Regardless of what happens, I still would like to support my Deepher friends
I'm excited and kind of scared and actually have all sorts of feelings, but figure what ever happens.. happens
If it doesn't work out, then at least I will get to know some really cool people that I didn't know before!
