A judge in Tucson, Arizona has ordered the release of a police videotape shot during Diana Ross’ DUI arrest last December 30th. Diana’s attorneys won a temporary restraining order blocking release of the video, but they failed to convince the court that the tape should be kept under wraps. Several media organizations have asked to see the video which shows Diana failing a sobriety test. The tape will be released on Friday. But, for some reason, it will not sound.

Jam Master Jay’s sons have designed a new, limited edition Adidas sneaker that pays tribute to their late father. Adidas reps gave markers and paper to Jay’s boys (7-year-old Jesse, 11 year-old T.J. and 16-year-old Jason, Jr.) and told them to draw whatever came to mind. The finished design features a portrait of Jam Master Jay on the shoe’s tongue with his name above and the dates "1/21/65 - 10/30/02" below. Only 5,000 pairs will be sold and they’ll be available exclusively at two New York stores: the Adidas store in SoHo and Moe’s Sneaker Spot in Jamaica, Queens. Price for the Jam Master Jay Adidas: $100.

Mike Tyson’s ex-wife, Monica Turner, has won $6.5 million from the boxer's future earnings. The deal ends a year-long dispute in which Turner accused Tyson of cheating on her.

Vocalist Heather Headley has announced that she is engaged to former New York Jets player Brian Musso. The couple’s been together for two years and they made their engagement official on January 8th. The wedding plans haven’t been made public yet. Heather says one of the best things about her man is that he’s not involved in the entertainment business. She told the Associated Press that she tested Musso early on by asking him to sing. The fact that he couldn’t carry a tune was a huge plus!

Investigators say the fire that destroyed a 12-bedroom home owned by Aretha Franklin last October was intentionally set. Authorities in the Detroit suburb of Bloomfield Township say charges could be filed as early as today. Aretha didn’t live in the house; she used it mainly for storage purposes and she was on the road at the time of the blaze.

Nelly and Justin Timberlake were up at the Playboy Mansion the other day shooting the video for their song "Work It" (the fourth single from the “Nellyville” album). Nelly and Justin play gardeners who chase a runaway lawnmower through some bushes and into the backyard of the Playboy estate where lots of scantily clad hotties are hanging out. [Imagine that...]

Ice T will launching his own clothing line, called Icewear, in July. The gear will carry a diamond-shaped logo and this slogan: "His name demands respect. His clothing line will command it." A press release said that Ice-T’s clothing line will be about “cultural expression” and "hyper-masculinity."

Colombian pop star Shakira has reportedly hired a body double because of death threats she received last month. Shakira’s worth about $48 million, and her handlers are afraid that she might fall prey to one of Colombia’s organized crime gangs, which specialize in kidnapping and extortion.
