Good choice about moving to the DC/MD area...I live in Baltimore..I don't know about the housing in DC but I can tell u that if u stay in Baltimore depending on where u would like to stay the prices are very reasonable..(smile) Downtown Baltimore is very high though..but who wants to live downtown anyway..lol..Also if u looking for a grad chapter to join..in Baltimore there is Alpha Zeta (1st grad chapter) then u have Mu Xi Zeta for Baltimore County..as for DC there is Beta Zeta and thats all that I am familiar with...I hope this helps u...e-mail me at
