My NYR is also to lose weight, big surprise! I'm at 127 and when I came to college I was 120. My hope is to lose weight to at least get back to the 120 I was 3 months ago. I'm taking a group fitness class for credit and have worked out ever since last Wednesday and it feels great! I wasn't planning on going tonight, but this thread has really made me want to go again. I know I'm not overweight, but it would just be nice to be back at that weight again. Good Luck to me!
