The collegians who will be initiating me said that they still haven't received their badges and certificates for last fall's new member class, and seemed to suggest that Canadian chapters tend to wait longer to get these items. Of course, I'm not convinced that the delay is EO's fault -- knowing Canadian customs like I do, I wouldn't be surprised if the things are held up at the border.
