It's been a while since I've participated in any fundraisers, but is there a restaurant in town that will give you a percentage of their sales one night? Seems like Subway did that one night for us. . .we got a percentage of all the business they did for a 3 or 4 hour period. I can't remember the details.
If you did it right, a campus calendar (The Men/Women of UAM) would probably do wonderfully, but it would require some advance planning.
