I'm not really aware of that kind of little sister program. I'm sure that they exist, but that's now how it worked at my school. I think that the only thing resembling a real pledge program is that I got a both a big brother and a little brother. Both of whom I am very fond of. I never really got involved in any other their brotherhood stuff, because I just feel that would be kind of innappropriate. Also, that is exactly why I am in a sorority.
However, I can see your point. There are girls that get way too into the politics of a fraternity and it shouldn't be that way.
