Brotherhood/Sisterhood + Scholarship + Community Service + Leadership + A Responsible Social Life = The Real Meaning Of Greek Life.
I think that this would be a great place to start for your project. I think that it is very important that you do go in the order that the list above is presented.
I also think that it is important to explain how rush works.

Use those and also facts from your school about grades (if they are good compared to the university average) as well as membership in student groups and the leadership positions held. (I know that at my school, the Student body president had been Greek for at least the past 10 years).
