I've lived on campus since I came to university, but I still wish my family lived close enough where I could stay at home. Not sure if that would really work, though, since I tried commuting one summer and I was often late to class, so maybe living right in the middle of campus is best for me.
I can walk to most of my classes within 10 minutes, which is pretty good.
