Happy birthday, James!... Do you know how hard it is for me to call you "James"? I feel like I need to be calling you Mr. President or something silly like that. Mr. Perfection-Personified (well, perfect except for the conceit) works also.
I hope that you have a really, really happy birthday, and that your birthday wish comes true... I also hope that you meet a girl who's better looking, more intelligent, and pronunciates her words more clearly than you do... just so you won't be walking around laboring under the impression that you are the bestest of the best. And being the nice girl, I am, I hope she falls in love with you so you can get married and have a white picket fence house and become a really famous movie-maker because you're getting old.
