We've been practicing for about a month now, teaching/reviewing technique and such, and we started choreography a week ago. We probably have about 30 seconds. And it's only that much because it's an add-on feature!
I'm more in pain from the stretching than anything else, but it's because you have to stretch different muscles for guard then you have to stretch for normal dancing. Plus, my gloves are on back-order and my ones from last season are DEAD.

Tossing quads on that sabre has really started to hurt!
