I think the best thing any chapter can do to keep their web site lookig nice is just update the scrap book, and the news about their chapter.
I dont know how many chapter pages I have been to, where the images and news are 2 years old and then it just makes the page worthless.
after that I would say your page is definately one of the better ones I have seen.
