A good and easy site to use is geocities.com. It's pretty much click and drag.
One thing I hate about it is that you can only put up so many pictures to a page, which means our chapter site has like 8 picture pages. Plus I have to add more because the site keeps shutting down. Does anyone know what I can use to post pics?
