Well DigitalAngel didn't have evidence like this before. I personally don't like to confront unless I know for sure that someone is doing something wrong, especially in a situation as serious as this.
Filing a complaint with police is a good idea. Do it before she gets back. And I would definitely confront her as a group when she gets back.
