That a condo owner accepts my offer to rent her studio apt. I put $ down for a condo in Chicago (10th floor, right by the lake) today. She wants one amount, so I offered to pay a little less per month. The view is OK, a west view, so more of the city rather than the lake, but the location would be awesome as would the price (since water and cable are paid). And the pool on the roof and the deck is nice too.

I find out in two or so days!! I am so psyched since this will be my own place (albeit small but still my own).
