I would *think* that when numbers get low the following happens in some way shape or another: dues go up to compensate for the low numbers, some girls can't pay dues, girls quit, those that can pay and stay do all the work (and boy is a sorority work), but with little money can't do that much "stuff"(sisterhood events, social, etc) and our generally run down bc they are doing it all in the org, evenatually bad attitude arise, which in turns is shown around the campus and few PNM's want to join. While there are girls in the chapter there just aren't enough to keep the business side of a GLO running.

I don't think there's a number that you have to be at to be low in the eyes of Panhel. I'm sure at some schools anything less than total is low.
